The drama follows Mark and three of his childhood friends, who - when they were all 12-years-old - bullied Mark's 5-year-old brother, Jessie, who subsequently disappeared without a trace. Twenty years later, Mark's friend Danny, now a homicide detective, discovers Jessie's DNA at a murder scene. The boy they tormented is alive and out there somewhere.
