Passions: At Crane, while Theresa and Jared are working on their case against Stuart Allen, Julian approaches Jared and offers to pay him to spy on Theresa but he refuses. When she overhears what Jared has to say to Julian in response to his request, she decides to double his salary. Later, as Gwen assists Ethan with his case, he contemplates settling Stuart’s case out of court, but she talks him out of that, because of how she would like to see Theresa squirm on the stand. Not long after, Theresa brings Ethan some files he requested and informs him that he better be prepared to lose this case, since she won’t let he or anyone else walk over her again. At Tabitha’s, as Fox still fantasizes about killing Miguel, he and Kay begin talking about their wedding. When he suggests they elope, Kay isn’t thrilled at doing that, so he suggests they move up their wedding date. Meanwhile, Miguel goes to talk to Luis about his problems with Kay and is told to tell Kay how he feels about her before it is too late. At the cottage, Katherine goes to see a crying Sheridan and have a heart to heart about how she feels about Luis moving on with Fancy.
