Passions: At Tabitha’s, she tries to talk Kay out of plan to seduce Miguel to make Fox jealous by telling her that it could not turn out the way she wants. When she goes downstairs, Tabitha finds Fox and Julian there. Upon learning Julian wants to spend time with Endora, Tabitha quickly refuses his request. At the Sea Cliff Inn, Ethan arrives to talk to Stuart Allen about his lawsuit. When he asks for what room he is in, the man at the desk gives him the wrong room and walks in on Theresa and Jared in a compromising position. Furious at what he saw, Ethan eventually runs into him, he quickly accepts the case. Arriving back at the cottage, Sheridan narrowly misses seeing Chris and Spike together and is upset at finding her prized orchid on the floor. At the police station, as Fancy tries to get Luis to go out to lunch with her, he turns her down, when Roberto shows up to surprise Paloma. Back at the Crane estate, Spike goes down to the pool and has a drink when Fancy shows up. When Luis arrives, he finds Fancy face down in the pool.
