The location makes it a tough sale, but tasteful renovations, a great layout and clever landscaping are real selling points. If he can convince potential buyers to give the property a chance, he stands to make a commission of nearly $50,000. If he fails to make the sale, his sterling reputation in the industry will plummet. Meanwhile, Valerie Fitzgerald Group agent Nikki Contrerass client, Adam Schaffer, is in a tough spot. A successful shopowner in Santa Monica, he next tried his hand in real estate, buying and remodeling two stunning properties. But after being hit hard by the market crash, he has to get rid of at least one of them, and fast. Nikki must be savvy in her marketing approach to find buyers for two very different properties (on opposite sides of town!), or Adam will have to move on to another agent that can turn them around at top speed
