One Tree Hill: Wanting Nathan and Lucas to reconcile their differences after taking their frustrations out on each other on the court, Whitey throws the brothers off of the bus 30 miles from home. When they encounter a group of rival basketball players, Nathan and Lucas are forced to team up to out-smart the group and get home in one piece. Meanwhile, Brooke, who was injured during the game, has to have Peyton drive her home after she takes a few too many pain pills. After an unlikely series of events, Peyton has Haley come along for help. Back in Tree Hill, Karen and Keith attend a business dinner that turns into a brawl when Deb and Dan are seated at the same table as them.
