Fed up with society’s unbalanced behavior by the privileged, Evan sets out to convince his friends, Heath and Greg, to join him in becoming vigilantes and punishing criminals for their crimes, big or small. Even if it requires them to take the law into their own hands. With some resistance between the friends, Heath joins Evan in serving justice their way, completely ignoring Greg’s fore warnings about the consequences of their actions. Their mission is closely tracked by Detective Romano, whose vested interest goes beyond protecting the city, but his own family.
